We do 100% of the project layout and preliminary documents with our in-house staff. Contract engineering firms complete the design and transfer all projects to AutoCad systems, and issue the stamped, engineered drwaings and specifications for construction

This project was a complete design and build project. The facility is a 600,000 square foot distribution center. The project was a complete design and build project consisting of a 600,000 square foot distribution center with 2,000 square feet of office space. This project had an accelerated schedule and was completed in a four month period. Responsibilities included installation of a 13.200 volt primary feeding a 2500 KVA substation with a 4000 amp 480 volt main distribution system. We were also responsible for the installation of 400 watt metal halide light fixtures, connection of HVAC systems and wiring of a computer room and a two-story interior office. System wiring consisted of a fire alarm system.

Engineering, design and installation of two new preheat lines during a six week shut down period. Also installed raceways for plant wide broad band communication systems.

Complete electrical installation of a new microprocessor controlled casting cooling line for engineer components. Total project completed during a one month shut down.

Design / Build of a new facility. Complete move, re-installation, of existing process equipment. Installation, startup, and checkout of new specialized owner furnished equipment. This included a new corrugation machine, starch processor, and central boiler.
